As a non-custodial platform, Jam does not store your private keys, seed phrases, or have access to your wallet funds. You remain the sole owner and controller of your assets at all times.

This approach provides greater independence, privacy, and control. At the same time, it comes with personal responsibility.

Please make sure to:
• Store your seed phrase in a secure offline location.
• Use strong and unique passwords.
• Enable all available security features.
• Never share confidential wallet information with anyone.

Because Jam does not have access to your private keys, we are technically unable to recover your wallet or restore access to assets, even if we genuinely want to help.
