There is virtually zero interest in utility plays right now. We know the "utility season" hasn't arrived yet, but I’m going to keep holding these last three utility plays. As you know, some of them can surge over 100x in just a few days.

I saw PARE at 17k yesterday and wanted to share it, but I didn't because it was a tech play; it could have gone over 300x by today.
