The basic principle is this: Molecules have a positive and a negative magnetic side.

Normal electrolysis can use the magnetic principles of water to tear it apart, but it consumes a lot of energy.

When the exact resonant frequency of water is used, along with a special circuit that multiplies the voltage while keeping the current as low as possible, the resonant frequency causes the water molecule to temporarily "elongate."

A normal oxygen molecule has 6 electrons, but can hold up to 8 in a stable state.
This allows it to absorb the 2 electrons from the hydrogen atoms. As the water molecule expands, the hydrogen atoms can be easily separated from the oxygen atom. This produces “hydroxyl gas”, also called “Brown’s gas” or “HHO”, which is essentially a form of hydrogen and oxygen.
