On APPLE HANDYS iOS you can load telegram via the browser as a web page and create the start page on the " startscreen " and call the WEB SITE of Telegram on the BROWSER ( we recommend NOT Safari ) . https://web.telegram.org/k/ there are the login options on the first page ! Then tap on the 3 dots ( page options ) at the top and on " add to home page " - this creates a new shortcut on your phone ! Telegram should be called automatically with it - WITHOUT CENSORSHIP !!!!
