31 million users’ data leaked as hackers take down Internet Archive's ‘Wayback Machine’

10.10.24 Visitors to the site saw a JavaScript alert confirming the breach and referencing the "Have I Been Pwned" notification service. The stolen data includes email addresses, screen names, and Bcrypt-hashed passwords of registered users.
