Telegram removes deep fake porn after South Korea probe

South Korean authorities say the platform has complied with its demands to remove deep fake pornography after a slew of illicit chatrooms spreading the content was uncovered.

Telegram has apologized for any “miscommunication” regarding the investigation, and has granted the Korean Communications Standards Commission an exclusive email hotline to address any further issues.
