We're hiring a Sales Manager (B2B payments, crypto focus)!

Location: Remote, worldwide
Timezone: GMT+4 (±1 hour) or anyone ready to work in this timezone (Russia excluded)
Salary: Open discussion based on your expectations (USD)
Own and drive global revenue growth: hunt new high-risk merchants + farm/expand existing book of business. Full-cycle commercial ownership — from pipeline to P&L impact.

Key focus:
New logo acquisition (forex, gambling, high-risk, e-commerce)
Volume & ARR/MRR growth with current clients
End-to-end deal management

Must-have:
Perfect English + Russian (C1, written & spoken)
Proven B2B payments track record (crypto payments / PSP / EMI / high-risk acquiring)
Strong history of closing deals, growing revenue, long-term client ownership
Deep knowledge of high-risk underwriting + crypto-fiat rails/on-off ramps
Hands-on, fast-moving, commercially aggressive mindset
