A taster of what you will be involved with: 

— Set the overall vision & direction for the Data & AI stream  
— Own & manage the roadmap for the Data & AI stream 
— Ensure the respective product teams generate, qualify and deliver improvements for the Sportsbook Data & AI domain – Quality assure prioritized use cases 
— Manage the team of product managers & product owners within the Data & AI domain 
— Build out the Betsson SB AI capabilities to support a rich customer experience and to promote operational efficiencies (as prioritized in the Data & AI roadmap) 
— Both inhouse built use cases and using third party products  
— Support the adoption journey in SB Product regarding AI – Facilitating adoption of AI tools and sharing best practices  
— Drive out synergies in the Data & AI domain with the AI COE as well as with Sporting Solutions  

What we are looking for:

— 5+ years from SB and the iGaming industry 
— 7+ years of working within the Data Domain – Strong grasp of machine learning, data science, and model development practices  
— Excellent command of the AI landscape  
— At least +3 years as a people manager
— Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or similar
