Retd. General Alex Po of Taiwan’s Institute for National Defence and Security Studies has proposed sharing military experience with India, including Taiwan’s F-16 fighter jet expertise and India’s knowledge of the Russian-made S-400 air-defence system.
He suggested discussions through think tanks to strengthen mutual understanding and deterrence against China.
India currently operates four S-400 regiments, with another expected to arrive, while Taiwan considers F-16 experience vital to its defence strategy.
