Ishaq Dar begged Afghanistan’s Taliban government to prevent militants from using Afghan territory to carry out attacks inside Pakistan.
Dar said groups including the TTP and BLA were operating from across the border. He added that nearly 95% of Pakistan’s 2,600-km border fence with Afghanistan has been completed.
Pakistan reported more than 2,800 militant attacks since January, resulting in around 300 people killed or wounded, according to its claims.
