Advocate Amita Sachdeva has filed a complaint against Dhruv Rathee under Sections 196 and 299 of the BNS, alleging misinformation about Hindu deities and hurt religious sentiments.

She has urged Delhi Police to take legal action and warned of approaching the Delhi High Court again if the Action Taken Report is delayed.
