🚨 Punjab Police have arrested 28-year-old Navjot Singh in Amritsar after recovering an AK-47, 2 hand grenades and 9 live cartridges.

The truck driver was intercepted in the Gharinda area on September 30. Police said he was allegedly in contact with a Dubai-based handler and had been promised ₹50,000 to collect and deliver the weapons.

Investigators are probing foreign-based links and whether the consignment was intended for a targeted attack in a neighbouring district. The intended target has not yet been established.
