🚨 🇨🇳 China rapidly expands secretive Lop Nur flight-test base.

Satellite imagery from August 27, 2026 shows new 80×40-metre hangars, taxiways, aircraft pads and possible fuel-storage infrastructure at the Xinjiang facility.

The base, which has a 16,400-foot runway, has previously hosted China’s J-36 and J-XDS sixth-generation fighter prototypes.

The new southern hangars could accommodate larger aircraft, potentially including the still-unveiled H-20 stealth bomber.
