Mohammad Seyaj Alam was arrested in Motihari, Bihar, with police alleging he was in contact with Ali Gujjar, linked to Pak gangster Shahzad Bhatti.

Police said he had received weapons and bomb-making training, a remote control, and a Delhi ticket for August 10 as part of an alleged attack plan.
