🇵🇰Pakistan is preparing to SHUT DOWN mobile and internet services in Rawalpindi, Islamabad's "twin city."

The Punjab Interior Department has requested the federal government to degrade phone and internet connectivity starting Sept. 27, including the jamming of 2G, 3G, and 4G networks in specific areas of the city.

The move comes amid rising tensions and massive planned protests linked to Imran Khan's imprisonment.
