•)Equipment losses:- Thousands of tanks and armoured vehicles destroyed. Russia was forced to deploy Soviet-era tanks on many fronts

•)Naval losses:- Ukrainian sea drones and anti ship missiles destroyed or damaged a crucial portion of Russia's Black Sea fleet and multiple naval bases

•)Aircraft loses:- Dozens of jets shot down and many strategic bombers and jets hunted in drone strikes

•)Energy sector loses:- More than 30% of Russia's refining capabilities are damaged and hundreds of Cargo ships destroyed in the black sea

•)Brain drain:- Hundreds of Thousands of skilled workers, IT professionals and young people left Russia in 2022 due to fears of forced mobilisation

•) Western Sanctions:- more than $300 billion Russian foreign currency reserves frozen by western countries. EU depleted it's dependence on Russian gas
