The refinery, a key fuel supplier for the capital, was damaged, while attacks across the Moscow region left 2 people dead and 20+ injured, according to regional officials.

The strikes came on the final day of Russia’s parliamentary elections. Moscow officials accused Kyiv of attempting to disrupt the vote; Ukraine said its long-range strikes hit key oil and logistics infrastructure.
