Your boundaries ends where you stand for it.

Never, ever work on weekends. If you start once, it will get normal second time.

If you don't get paid, you're slave. At least, psychologically.
If you don't care, you're slave, again.
If you are sacrificing your life for work, you're slave, again.
If you can't speak up for yourself, you're slave. Again.

Set strict boundaries. Never let anyone have their shoes on it. Leave the "we're one family" companies. We are here for business. Period.

P.S: They're millions of companies. There's no shortage of money and work.
