现在可以为现有服务单独购买额外流量包，无需变更当前套餐。购买后，流量将立即加入对应流量池，并可在服务详情中查看实时用量。

同时，我们更新了《服务协议》中关于流量包的退款说明：

• 购买后 24 小时内，用量为 0 可全额退款
• 一旦产生任何用量，将不支持退款或部分退款
• 多个流量包将分别根据各自用量判断退款资格

⚠️ 本次更新 仅适用于单独购买的流量包，不会影响现有服务、套餐内流量，以及虚拟机、CDN 等其他服务的退款政策。

📢 Standalone Traffic Packages Are Now Available

You can now purchase additional traffic packages for existing services without changing your current plan. The allowance will be credited to the applicable traffic pool immediately after purchase.

Refund rules:

• Full refund within 24 hours if recorded usage is zero
• No refund or partial refund once any traffic has been used
• Each package is assessed separately based on its own usage

⚠️ This update applies only to separately purchased traffic packages. It does not affect existing services, included plan traffic, virtual machines, CDN services, or their existing refund policies.
