IP 地址调整公告 / IP Address Migration Notice

尊敬的用户：

因部分 IP 资源合约即将到期，为确保后续网络资源的稳定性、合规性及长期可持续使用，ISIF 将于近期对部分计算区域进行分批 IP 地址调整及迁移。

本次调整仅涉及部分 IP 资源，不代表相关区域整体下线或停止服务。受影响的实例将在迁移窗口内更换公网 IP，迁移期间可能出现短暂网络中断或需要重启网络服务的情况。

用户需要注意 / Required Actions

受影响用户将通过工单、邮件或控制台收到具体的迁移时间、新 IP 信息及操作说明。请在收到通知后，及时检查并更新与现有 IP 相关的配置，包括：

DNS 解析、反向解析及域名回源配置
防火墙、安全组、WAF 及各类访问白名单
应用程序、许可证或第三方平台中的 IP 绑定
API、支付、邮件、监控及安全服务的 IP 白名单
VPN、隧道、BGP、回程路由及其他网络互联配置

ISIF 将尽量采用分批迁移方式，并提供必要的迁移协助，以降低对业务的影响。未收到迁移通知的实例，目前预计不受本次调整影响。

Dear Customers,

Due to the upcoming expiry of certain IP resource agreements, ISIF will perform a phased IP address migration across selected compute regions to ensure the continued stability, compliance, and long-term availability of our network resources.

This adjustment affects selected IP resources only and does not indicate the shutdown or discontinuation of the affected regions. Instances requiring migration will receive replacement public IP addresses. Brief network interruptions or network-service restarts may occur during the migration window.

Required Actions

Affected customers will receive their migration schedule, replacement IP details, and instructions through support tickets, email, or the client portal. Please review and update any configurations that depend on your current IP address, including:

DNS, reverse DNS, and origin or upstream routing settings
Firewall, security group, WAF, and access-control allowlists
Application, license, or third-party platform IP bindings
API, payment gateway, email, monitoring, and security-service allowlists
VPN, tunnels, BGP, return-path routing, and other network connectivity configurations

ISIF will carry out the migration in batches and provide reasonable assistance to minimize service disruption. Instances that do not receive a migration notice are not currently expected to be affected.
