最近又学到个新词：plansturbation，由 planning（规划）和 masturbating （自慰）组成的合成词，意思是规划本身让人感觉到有回报从而一直陷入规划阶段无法自拔，最终逃避实际的执行和处理。

这个词主要被用来描述 Notion 这类工具，让人陷入无休止的系统构建和满足中，从未开始。它就是 productivity porn（生产力色情）衍生的更具体的词，确实形象。

Notion 适合展示和陈列，真正用于生产力建造会有太多摩擦，就像我几乎不用移动端手机进行阅读一样，「园艺师」和「建筑师」已经选择了他们的工具。

扎实的口语训练：Gemini 实时语音+讯飞听见

最近每天都会和 AI 语音对话至少半小时，以训练我的口语能力。我使用移动端 Gemini 应用对话和“讯飞听见”后台实时录音转文本，“讯飞听见”还可以进行实时翻译，效果极佳。

现在 Gemini 应用的实时录音非常好，没有时间限制、也很少断掉。我在对话中主要使用 2 个技巧：

一、我在开始时语音下达指令：请你帮助练习我的英语口语，当我使用中文时，你需要教我用英文去说，然后再进行对话。同时，请纠正我的语法。

二、请你拼写和解释这个单词。

Gemini 的问题是每次完全断开后重启就会是 fresh start，不会记住这个线程之前的内容，所以可以常开以及每次给不同场景来学习对话。另一个是开启对话后无法看到文本（大多数 AI 对话问题）。当然，这里可以使用其它 AI 对话工具，以及谷歌 AI Studio 能直接看到文本和录屏对话，不过不够丝滑。

“讯飞听见”解决了 Gemini 第二个问题，给出字幕以及翻译。同时，讯飞对于某些单词无法识别的，你可以使用上面第二个技巧。

目前而言，与 AI 对话和连接让我有非常扎实和清晰的语感感知，而不再是仅限于阅读感知。现在我已经计划将 AI 阅读和互动作为一项重要日常，无论是 Deep Research 还是语音对话，这个日常将围绕我和 AI 展开。

macOSicons 提供了非常多不错的 macOS/ iOS 免费图标，可以下载来替换比较老的图标。直接 APP 显示简介页面，拖动替换即可。

这样替换的缺点是软件更新就会顶掉，不过老软件不更新的 deBuff 直接平掉了。还有些直接替换的应用可以自行搜索。

最近 r/ChatGPT 板块比较流行的 ChatGPT 反谄媚提示词，主要祛除冗余的情绪内容、企业式评价标准和任何隐含动机式内容。可以放在默认设置里。

因为记忆功能，最近的 GPT-4o 的表现极度谄媚，甚至应用评分 3 天达几千条好评。Sam 表示正在回档修复。

这里还提到另一个提示词版本：

最近谷歌创意技术专家推出的基于 Gemini 最新模型的实验作品 Little Language Lessons，用 AI 驱动学习语言。

它主要由 3 部分微型学习实验场景组成。Tiny Lesson：随时学习单词、句子和用法； Slang Hang：学习母语使用者的习惯；Word Cam：直接 AI 驱动的识图识场景教语言功能。作者在介绍文档中给出了提示这些提示词，可以拿来自己学习。

这个玩具确实非常精美、有趣，值得使用。现在学习可选择场景太多了，间隔重复、沉浸翻译、语音对话、AI 生成，学吧。

最近 Notion CEO 提到 Notion = Lego + Al + tools for thought，同时能驾驭这三者的人很少，对这三者感兴趣和深耕的也不多。我倒是觉得 Google 有这个调性，各种分支的实验作品，以及 Steven Johnson 领导的 NotebookLM，作为 AI 驱动的思维工具，称得上也非常好用。
