Intellectual property is a sector of real-world assets (RWA).

The liquidity of IP Bonds (Intellectual Property Collateralized Debt Obligations / IP CDOs) enables real-time 24/7 market valuation of intellectual property assets.

For example, the value of RWA tokens is determined by the valuation of their underlying asset. Thus, we observe a direct correlation between the value of the tokens and the underlying asset that backs them.

The valuation mechanism for IP assets, in the case of IP Bonds, also demonstrates a direct correlation, but with the causal relationship inverted: the market value of the IP Bonds determines the value of the underlying intellectual property that serves as collateral.
