British streamer Sam Pepper decided to travel across Ukraine on a monowheel and nearly got kidnapped right in the middle of a live stream. A car—likely a TCC—pulled up next to Pepper; men got out and started talking to him. Pepper even asked if he could get inside. A few seconds later, the men noticed the cameras, realized he wasn’t their customer, got back in the car, and drove off. The moral of the story: your accent might just save you.
