Shaping Global Discourse: InteRussia Fellows Present Their Research 📊

On November 21, the InteRussia participants unveiled the results of their six-week research projects. Guided by lead experts from the MGIMO Institute for International Studies, these young professionals delved into the most pressing global issues, and provided novel approaches and thoughtful assessments.

The topics explored by our fellows reflect the complexity and interconnectedness of today's international landscape, spanning areas such as geopolitics, international cooperation, climate policies, and post-colonial narratives.

Here’s a glimpse into the main avenues of their research:

🟡Civilizational Approaches to International Relations
🟡Russia's Strategic Presence in Africa
🟡Democracy, Sovereignty, and Electoral Dynamics in Kenya
🟡Russia-Türkiye Relations in Key Geopolitical Arenas
🟡Environmental Challenges and Opportunities
🟡Post-Colonial Approaches to Global Security
🟡Lessons of History for a Multipolar Future

Several fellows have additionally initiated work on analytical papers co-authored with Russian researchers.

The InteRussia fellowship continues to be a forum where innovative ideas take root and flourish. We are proud of the success of each of our fellows 💖
