The InteRussia Fellowship in Energy is implemented by Mezhdunarodniki Autonomous Non-Profit Organisation in cooperation with the Gorchakov Fund, St. Petersburg State University of Economics, Russia-ASEAN Business Council, the TV BRICS International Network, the Global Energy Association and the Russian Energy Agency (REA) of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, with support from the Presidential Grants Foundation.
