What has changed:
▪️ For the 2-year visa, the minimum property value requirement has been removed for sole ownership
▪️ For shared ownership, a new threshold has been introduced – from 400,000 AED (~ $109,000) per co-owner
▪️ For the 10-year Golden Visa, the minimum down payment for off-plan properties has been reduced – from 50% to 24%
The market is now becoming more accessible for property buyers, especially in segments with high rental demand and strong growth potential.
⚡️ One such option – apartments in Dubai Industrial City near Palm Jebel Ali and DWC. Apartments starting from 799,000 AED (~ $217,700)
Project highlights:
• Projected rental yield – 8,5–10% p.a.
• Potential capital appreciation – up to 12–18% per year
• Instalment plan up to 5 years after handover
• Project completion – Q2 2028
