One of the pathways to obtain a residence permit in France is the Talent Passport program. This program is designed to attract foreign employees and self-employed persons to work and develop their business activities in France.

⚡️ Option 1. Starting a business in France

The applicant is entitled to open a business in France and conduct business activities.

Main requirements:
• 5 years of relevant experience, confirmed by either work experience or a master's diploma
• Creation of a business plan for the planned activity in France
• Minimum authorized capital of €32,000

• Possession of financial resources for starting the project - minimum of €21,700

This program assumes that the main applicant is from a creative profession and plans to maintain professional creative activities in France.

Main requirements:
• Documentary evidence of creative activity (portfolio, letters of recommendation, media mentions, etc.)
• A portfolio showing the reasons for your motivation to continue your professional creative activity in France (letters of intent, business plan for the development of your activity, etc.)

📌 Residence permit on the basis of Talent Passport program is issued for a period of 4 years and assumes the presence of real estate owned or rented in France. It also allows you and your family members (spouse and children under 18 years of age) to work and conduct business activities.
