𝐈. Has read, understood, and implemented the main regulations at Cytegno, and is active, proactive, and responsive. These are essential qualities for an admin in any division.

𝐈𝐈. The ability to establish and maintain good relationships with both external and internal parties, as well as boundless creativity, are hallmarks of a core admin; therefore, we need someone who can effectively put their ideas into practice.

𝐈𝐈𝐈. Before taking on this division, make sure you have prior experience in drafting copy and organizing events. Or at the very least, have a strong willingness and interest in learning—so a lack of experience shouldn’t be a major issue.

𝐈𝐕. Be responsible and, when working, have no intention of cheating or only putting in effort at the beginning. Also, you shouldn’t be selfish or only want your opinions to be heard or implemented.

𝐕. You should have plenty of interesting ideas to liven up and energize Cytegno—in other words, you should be able to come up with brilliant ideas. You should also have various ways to spark members’ interest so they’re willing to interact more with one another.

𝐕𝐈. Be able to interact effectively with all Cytegno residents, and most importantly, be able to maintain the confidentiality of institutional secrets, data, and so on. Make sure you do not speak negatively about anything.

𝐕𝐈𝐈. Be creative and proactive, and able to liven up the main base or hall while ensuring it remains safe—meaning no disturbances or similar issues—and possess multifunctional skills, meaning having abilities beyond the scope of your position.

𝐕𝐈𝐈𝐈. Avoid miscommunication and always keep the division group informed of everything; responsiveness and agility are essential, as is a spirit of leadership, and the ability to collaborate during discussions.
