According to him, potential targets include logistics, roads, schools, hospitals, and electricity and water supply systems.

The goal of such attacks, as Zelenskyy claims, is to create conditions in which people will leave Kiev and other Ukrainian cities.

He also stated that Russia has stockpiled hundreds of ballistic missiles for potential strikes against infrastructure.
