🇮🇶🇹🇷⚡️ — A Turkish-Iraqi joint statement says Turkey will gradually hand over its Bashiqa-Zilkan military base in Iraq’s Nineveh Governorate to the Iraqi government according to an agreed timeline.

In return, Iraq will fully establish state authority in Sinjar and remove banned foreign armed groups from the area.
