🇺🇦🇷🇺⚡️ — The Moscow oil refinery owned by Gazprom Neft has completely halted oil processing operations following an attack by Ukrainian drones on September 20th, according to Reuters.
The agency reports that the fires damaged both primary oil processing units – AVT-6 and "Euro+" – which accounted for 100% of the refinery's capacity.
