🇮🇱🇮🇷Israel "underestimated" Iran's ability to retaliate after its military leadership was eliminated, analyst tells CNN.

“They (the Israelis) underestimated Iran’s ability to regroup after the Israelis had very successfully targeted the top leadership of the Iranian military and managed to kill several of them. Israel believed that they had disrupted Iranian command and control, but that idea was quickly revised. Now we see that Iranian missiles are successfully penetrating all layers of Israel’s air defense system,” says Trita Parsi, vice president of the Quincy Institute for Responsive State Policy.
