HOW TO CHANGE INSTAGRAM USERNAME IN LESS THAN 14 DAYS (Instagram hack)

Imagine that you want to give someone your Instagram username. But when you rename your profile, the username will be attached to your account for the next 14 days. 🗓

There is a bug in Instagram that can help you to bypass these 14 days. Step-by-step:

1) Download mobile Google Chrome browser
2) Use Chrome to login to Instagram from your mobile
3) Go to settings and rename your profile the same way you could rename it from the Instagram mobile app
4) Now your username bypassed the 14 days await

So if you login from Google Chrome mobile browser into your Instagram account, your Instagram username becomes available straight away. Sometimes this doesn't work but usually, it works really well. ☀️

How does Instagram encryption work?

Current stable way to login into the Instagram is to provide enc_password parameter into the /login/ endpoint. Properly encrypted password can be decrypted only at Instagram because they use asymmetric encryption and no one except Instagram knows the Private key. That is why even your Internet provider can't get your password by just listening the traffic.

To encrypt your password you would need the Instagram public key, random bytes, current timestamp and a lot of patience to properly combine all bytes into one base64 payload.
