Instagram is rolling out a new feature that lets users share the music they’re currently listening to on Spotify directly through Notes, giving friends a real-time view of their music choices. This builds on Instagram’s ongoing partnership with Spotify, aiming to deepen social connections through shared music tastes.

The feature will display the song title and artist currently playing. Instagram is also introducing the ability to rearrange posts in the profile grid. According to head of Instagram Adam Mosseri, these updates are meant to support evolving creativity and reduce self-doubt among users.
