Idriss Qibaa, 28, was sentenced to prison in Nevada for extorting and threatening Instagram users. He ran Unlocked4life .com, offering to block or unblock social media accounts for money. Qibaa admitted to earning over $600,000 a month and once threatened a victim’s family.

He was fined $75,000, ordered to pay $200,000 in restitution, and given supervised release after prison.
