This week has been dedicated to YouTube, previews, music-driven editing, and various attempts to articulate my professional activities. I have reviewed certain clips so frequently that I can now recount them with my eyes closed.
However, not all content that I found appealing received a positive response from the audience. Consequently, we are analyzing the results to determine what viewers watch, what they skip, and what prompts engagement. We are also experimenting with different languages; previously, the Shorts were in Russian, whereas the most recent one was in English. This factor must be considered when making comparisons.
In the recent poll, the results were nearly evenly split: nine individuals expressed a preference for more YouTube content, work-related updates, and daily life, while eight indicated that they primarily follow the channel for Telegram-related topics. Although the sample size is small, both perspectives have been noted. Telegram remains the primary focus, but I will also demonstrate the production process, including attempts that do not proceed as planned.
The objective is to encourage readers to engage beyond a single post, fostering continued reading and return visits. Consistently attracting such an audience is a distinct challenge, which we are addressing through these experiments. It is premature to declare this week a success or a failure.
For those who manage a channel, what is currently more challenging: attracting new subscribers or ensuring that existing ones continue to read?
