Cleansing myself with burning Camel SHT!

Yes, really! I had to walk circles around burning camel dung before entering the Asagad Ethno Centre here in Buryatia!

Steppe nomads often used (and still use) dried camel poo as a renewable fuel source for centuries, giving a whole new meaning to the term eco-warrior!

The smell? Surprisingly not bad! I’m sure the sprinkling of thyme helped!
