🇺🇸TRC ABDUCTED THE DEAN OF THE OLEKSANDRIIA DIOCESE OF THE UOC!

🇺🇦ТЦК ВИКРАЛИ БЛАГОЧИННОГО ОЛЕКСАНДРІЙСЬКОЇ ЄПАРХІЇ УПЦ!

TRC unlawfully detained the rector of the Holy Martyrs Theodore and Anastasia Church the dean of the Oleksandriia District, Oleksandriia Diocese, of the UOC, Fr. Oleksii Mykytenko.

The UOC diocesan secretary, Fr. Mykhailo Boburka, reported that the priest was abducted while being on his way to serve the Divine Liturgy.

⭕️ Fr. Oleksii was taken to a TRC facility, where he remained at the time the statement was published.

⭕️ The diocese appealed to the clergy and laity, calling for prayerful support for the detained priest.

“We ask everyone who is concerned to intensify their prayers for Archpriest Oleksii, so that the Merciful Lord may strengthen him and that this situation may be resolved as soon as possible.”
