Hey guys, I have an insufferable migraine today. It's probably Rev Gahagans fault but I can't focus on anything but it. I will attempt to do an impromptu fitness Fridays show tomorrow, if able. Speaking of the young Reverend, I spoke with him today and discussed doing a prerecorded series, possibly about church history. Stay tuned on that.
