[#萌兰涂装火箭点火升空#] #朱雀二号圆满完成第10次飞行# At 19:40 on October 14, the improved Zhuque-2 Yao-4 carrier rocket ignited and lifted off from the launch station of the Blue Arrow Aerospace liquid oxygen-methane carrier rocket in the Dongfeng Commercial Space Innovation Test Zone. Using the "one rocket, ten satellites" method, it successfully sent Guoxing's Spacestar Era-39, 44~50, and Guangtrans-03 and 04 satellites into their designated orbits. The flight test mission was a complete success.
This mission includes the first batch of eight satellites in the dawn and dusk orbit of the "Star Computing Program" Group 02. After entering orbit, it will coordinate with Group 01 satellites in orbit to network in coordination, mainly conducting technical validation of high-performance computing payloads, inter-satellite/ground high-speed laser communication, and large-size radiated cold wings. The "Star Computing" project is being advanced by commercial aerospace company Guoxing Aerospace, aiming to build independently controllable space computing infrastructure.
The rocket's other two "passengers"—Guangtrans-03 and 04—are the new generation laser data transmission test satellites developed by Lanta Intelligence for key satellite networking technologies. They will conduct special on-orbit validations focusing on core technologies such as highly integrated onboard processing units, large-aperture high-speed laser communication, integrated laser routing communication modules, and new solar wing energy systems, continuously improving the technical system for large-scale networking scenarios.
Previously, the Lanta Intelligent Optical Transmission Test 01 and 02 satellites entered space aboard the Zhuque-2 modified Yao-1 rocket. They have been operating stably in orbit for nearly two years, completing on-orbit verification of multiple technologies such as 400 gigabits per second laser communication, long-term stable chain building in multiple scenarios, and winding flexible solar wings. In cooperation with the industry, it also achieved the industry's first domestic verification of "inter-satellite laser + satellite-ground microwave" multimodal fusion and continuous transmission technology.
Leveraging the Zhuque-2 modified rocket's large payload capacity and ample fairing envelope space, the rocket technical team carefully designed the installation and separation sequence for satellites with significant differences in weight, shape, and size for this mission, avoiding interference and achieving a safe "carpool" launch for "one rocket, ten satellites."
Currently, the Zhuque-2 series of rockets has carried out various missions such as carpooling small and medium-sized satellites, national-level satellite internet constellation networking, and deployment of medium and large satellites. "'Carpooling' launches provide satellites with more flexible ways to enter space, fully utilize rocket carrying capacity and fairing space, improve efficiency in single-mission capacity utilization, and create conditions to reduce overall launch costs." Ma Haijing, General Manager of the Marketing Department at LandArrow Aerospace, stated that the mission validated the Zhuque-2 modified rocket's ability to support new types of space infrastructure such as computing constellations, marking a new level in the commercial operation of this model targeting space-based computing power trends.
Currently, the company is continuously advancing the normalized commercial launch of the Zhuque-2 modified rocket and the engineering reuse verification of the Zhuque-3 reusable launch vehicle. Through Lanta's intelligent satellite networking capabilities, it is further strengthening satellite technology collaboration, expanding comprehensive service capabilities for satellite internet construction, and continuously improving stable and efficient space access capabilities.
During this mission, LandArrow Aerospace also partnered with Beijing Zoo to paint the rocket body with a "Astronaut Panda Meng Lan" painting, using cultural symbols as carriers to encourage all sectors of society, especially the younger generation, to pay attention to aerospace and actively engage in the field.
