The Indian Express BCI can’t remove advocates from rolls over non-material fraud: Delhi High Court The advocate’s name was removed from the state roll after questions arose over an OBC certificate allegedly submitted during enrolment. The court ordered reinstated her, finding no identifiable advantage from the caste certificate.
