The Indian Express Law for elderly can’t override daughter-in-law’s residence rights: Delhi High Court The court said rights under the Senior Citizens Act cannot be used to defeat a woman’s right to reside in her matrimonial home and set aside her eviction, while noting that the minor child’s residence also required protection.
