☀️ COLLECTIVE ENERGY & SOLAR UPDATE • SEPTEMBER 19, 2026
Something feels different right now.
And strangely enough, while many of us may be feeling a lot internally, the Sun itself has gone remarkably quiet. The visible solar disk is essentially spotless right now. Solar activity has been very low, there are no Earth-directed CMEs currently being reported, and geomagnetic conditions are expected to remain quiet over the next few days.
Sometimes the quiet speaks louder than the storm.
The collective energy feels like it has shifted inward. Instead of everything exploding around us, it feels like we are being shown what is happening inside of us. Old emotions are surfacing. Things we used to tolerate suddenly feel impossible to ignore. Certain people, habits, beliefs and even versions of ourselves simply don't fit the same way anymore.
I have been feeling this strongly myself.
There is a strange space between who we were and who we are becoming. You can feel exhausted without understanding why. You can want more solitude. Your dreams may feel more vivid. Your emotions may come in waves. One moment you feel completely clear and the next you question everything.
But I don't believe every uncomfortable feeling means something is wrong.
Sometimes we have spent so much of our lives surrounded by noise that stillness feels uncomfortable when it finally arrives.
And I think that is where many of us are right now.
The Sun may be quiet, but the inner work isn't.
This feels less like a moment to chase signs outside of ourselves and more like a moment to listen closely to what is happening within. What keeps coming up? What no longer feels true? What are you being asked to release? What part of yourself have you been avoiding because staying busy was easier than facing it?
Don't force an answer.
Be still enough for it to find you.
Maybe this isn't the storm.
Maybe this is the silence between chapters... the place where we finally hear what all the noise was drowning out.
Pay attention to what your heart has been trying to tell you.
