Starlink is becoming a major partner for rural connectivity projects across Latin America.

• 🇭🇳 Honduras: 10,000 Starlink antennas planned to connect around 8,000 schools.

• 🇦🇷 Argentina: 6,000 complete kits and 24 months of service for rural and isolated schools in a joint project valued at nearly $21.9M.

• 🇦🇷 Argentina provinces: Salta has 237 operational antennas across public institutions, with 132 more being installed at health facilities. Córdoba has nearly 1,300 connected schools. Mendoza delivered 500 kits to rural producers, while Orbith will connect 213 schools using Starlink. Catamarca connected 300 rural schools, and Chubut added 120 antennas for remote schools and parks.

• 🇧🇴 Bolivia: The first 1,000 antennas are planned for schools across 86 municipalities in La Paz, part of a national first phase of around 4,500.

• 🇵🇾 Paraguay: 1,600 Starlink kits are being deployed to educational institutions. Installation was completed at 95 institutions in Chaco, with another 143 included in the Itapúa rollout.

• 🇲🇽 Mexico: Starlink won a CFE Internet for All contract worth up to 1.805B pesos, valid through December 31, 2026.

• 🇵🇪 Peru: The government plans satellite internet for the 40,054 public schools still without coverage, part of a goal to cover all ~55,000 schools by 2028. Estimated investment: 242M soles (~$72M).

The U.S. Space Force will open its FY27 interservice transfer application window Sept. 15 through Oct. 2, 2026.

The Interservice Transfer program, or IST, allows qualified regular component, full-time, active-duty officers and enlisted members serving in the U.S. Air Force, Army, Navy and Marine Corps to apply for transfer into the Space Force.

Something important is beginning to change in the UFO conversation: the push for Disclosure is becoming international.

Today, Rep. Eric Burlison, former Japanese Defense Minister Yasukazu Hamada, and former Japanese lawmaker Yoshiharu Asakawa jointly argued that lawmakers in allied democracies may need to begin working directly with one another because their own national-security institutions are not providing them with enough information to conduct meaningful oversight.

The most revealing detail may be this though. Japanese lawmakers say they learned about two unresolved UAP incidents near Japan through recent U.S. government releases, not through their own government.

They also point to the July 2025 incident at Japan’s Genkai Nuclear Power Station, where security personnel reportedly observed three luminous objects for nearly two hours. Police later said what they themselves observed appeared to be an aircraft, but the event was reportedly captured by the plant’s security cameras—and Japanese lawmakers say they still have not been given access to that footage.

Burlison, Hamada and Asakawa now say they are using the Emerging Technologies Interparliamentary Caucus as a platform for direct international dialogue on UAP and emerging technology. Their argument is straightforward: if elected officials cannot get adequate answers through their own domestic intelligence structures, allied legislatures may be able to compare information across borders and force a clearer picture to emerge.

That is a significant evolution.

For most of the modern Disclosure era, this has been treated primarily as an American fight between Congress, the Pentagon and the intelligence community.

Now lawmakers in two allied countries are openly suggesting that the way around institutional secrecy may be to work laterally across governments instead of waiting for information to move vertically through them.

Whether that produces anything genuinely revelatory remains to be seen.
