⚡️☀️ THREE SOLAR STORMS COMING THIS WEEKEND, AND MOTHER EARTH IS GETTING LOUD!

October 9, 2026 | Solar and Energy Update

Ringing ears, restless sleep, vivid dreams, head pressure, unusual fatigue, heightened emotions, and sudden bursts of energy followed by crashing energy. Sound familiar? Many in our community are reporting these experiences, and with another active solar weekend approaching, it’s a good time to check in with ourselves and each other. These symptoms are real experiences, although science has not established that solar storms or Schumann resonance changes are responsible for them.

The Sun has been extremely active. Sunspot 4549 produced a powerful M6.7 solar flare on October 8, and as many as three coronal mass ejections, or CMEs, are expected to approach Earth between October 9 and October 11. These massive clouds of charged solar particles and magnetic fields could produce geomagnetic storms ranging from G1 to potentially G3 strength. The exact timing and intensity remain uncertain.

But what does this mean for Mother Earth? When solar eruptions interact with Earth’s magnetic field, they can disturb and energize the upper atmosphere, including the ionosphere. The Schumann resonance is a natural electromagnetic phenomenon created primarily by lightning between Earth’s surface and the ionosphere. Solar activity can change conditions in that upper boundary and potentially influence the resonance, although not every bright spike on a chart is caused by the Sun. Mother Earth has her own complicated electrical rhythm, and we are still learning about it.

During weekends like this, I encourage everyone to pay attention to their nervous system. Some people describe feeling unusually energized one moment and completely exhausted the next. Whatever the cause, our bodies need periods of rest and recovery. Take a quiet walk, stretch, step away from your phone, and give yourself permission to slow down. Staying hydrated is incredibly important for normal nerve signaling and muscle function. Water, oranges, watermelon, pineapple, and other hydrating fruits are wonderful ways to support your body.

And don’t forget gratitude. Sometimes the simplest things are the most powerful. A little morning sunlight, a glass of water, a piece of fruit, a conversation with someone you love, or five minutes sitting quietly outside. Practicing gratitude can help us shift our attention away from constant worry and give our nervous system an opportunity to settle.

Most importantly, during these electrically active weekends, remember something that matters far more than any chart or solar storm.

You matter. Your experiences matter. And you are not alone. ❤️

That’s what our Muddy Waters community is about. Learning together, listening to each other, and reminding one another that we don’t have to navigate everything alone.

Stay grounded, stay grateful, drink your water, and eat some fruit. 🍊🍍

Science note: Solar storms can affect Earth’s magnetic environment, but there is currently no established evidence that they directly cause ringing ears, nausea, sleep disturbances, or changes in personal energy. Persistent or concerning symptoms deserve medical attention.
