For years, America has moved from one political battle to another — Russia. Ukraine. Impeachment. Climate. Culture. Now the battlefield has shifted again, and this time the target is something capable of reshaping the global economy itself:

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE.

President Donald J. Trump has made his position unmistakable. America will not slow down, surrender its technological advantage, or allow the growth of AI to be suffocated while China races forward.

The attacks began with Data Centers. Communities were warned to fear them. Opposition grew. But Trump argues that these facilities can bring investment, higher-paying jobs, stronger local economies and enormous strategic value. Now the debate has moved beyond the buildings themselves and directly toward the technology they power.

And then came the announcement nobody should overlook:

THE UNITED STATES IS FORMING AN “AI FORCE.”

Trump compared the move directly to the creation of Space Force during his first administration. An AI “Czar” will also be announced in the near future, tasked with helping oversee an industry the President believes could become larger and more consequential than the Internet itself.

Read that again.

Trump says AI could eventually represent as much as 25% of the United States economy. His message is that America intends to protect innovation rather than strangle it, while using the existing criminal and civil justice system against unlawful activity.

But the most important line may have been the last one:

“We are leading China, and the rest of the World, and I intend to keep it that way!”

This is no longer simply a Silicon Valley technology race. AI is becoming an economic, industrial and geopolitical competition over who builds the infrastructure, who controls the computing power, who develops the strongest systems — and ultimately who defines the next technological era.

Space became a domain.

Cyber became a domain.

Now AI is entering Washington as a strategic domain of its own.

AI FORCE.
AI CZAR.
AMERICAN COMPUTE.
THE RACE IS ACCELERATING.
