🔻THEY JUST PROVED THAT BIOLOGICAL AGE CAN BE MEASURED. AND CHANGED. AND THE ANTI-AGING INDUSTRY IS IN SHOCK.
For years, the MedBed community has talked about “biological age” as something that can be reversed.
The mainstream response was always the same: “You cannot measure biological age. It is not a real number.”
That argument just collapsed.
This week, the largest analysis of aging biomarkers ever conducted was published. Researchers compared 51 longitudinal intervention studies. They calculated 16 different epigenetic clocks. They assessed 94 DNA methylation biomarkers.
The conclusion:
Biological age is not just measurable. It is modifiable.
The study found that 19 interventions significantly decreased DNA methylation aging measures. Pharmacological interventions produced the largest effects. Lifestyle changes also worked.
The most responsive biomarkers were the ones trained to predict mortality and pace of aging. Not chronological age. Biological age.
One clock called DunedinPACE showed the greatest overall responsiveness to intervention. Another called PCGrimAge provided the strongest statistical evidence.
The researchers found that metformin, TNF-targeting agents, and Mediterranean diet all produced measurable changes in biological age markers.
But here is the part that matters:
The study proved that you do not need to wait decades to see if an anti-aging intervention works. You can measure the change in weeks or months.
This is exactly what the MedBed community has been saying all along.
The body has a biological age. It is not fixed. It can be measured. And it can be changed.
They are not calling it age reversal. They are calling it “epigenetic aging biomarker responsiveness.”
But the result is the same.
The clock can be turned back.
And the anti-aging industry knows it.
