ماجرا از یه استوری شروع شد که شاکردوست بعد از اتفاقات 18 و 19 دی‌ماه 1404 تو صفحه شخصیش منتشر کرده بود و توش برای جان‌باختگان اعتراضات دی ماه 1404 ابراز ناراحتی و همدردی کرده بود.

بعد از انتشار این استوری، براش پرونده تشکیل شد و شعبه 22 دادگاه انقلاب تهران با اتهام «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام»، اونو به یک سال حبس تعزیری محکوم کرد و به‌عنوان مجازات تکمیلی هم دو سال از فعالیت‌های سیاسی، مجازی و هنری محرومش کرد. دادگاه تجدیدنظر هم این حکم رو تأیید کرده.
