🚩 Julia also had this dream. She wanted to join the Design & Creative Media program at Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation in Malaysia. It's one of the best universities there. But she soon realized she couldn't afford the high tuition fees completely.

📋 The university's basic IELTS requirements seemed achievable. They were 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 6.0 in each section. It felt like she could just pass. Then she could easily get into a prestigious university. But Julia showed true strategic wisdom.
💡Instead of aiming for the minimum, she spoke to a university specialist. It became clear then. If she wanted to compete for a scholarship, not just get admitted, the bar had to be higher.
