1️⃣ In the language improvement stage, we focused on the 20 most important vocabulary topics in the “Vocabulary for IELTS” course. Using a 5-step system, we developed the skill of learning new words. In the “Phrasal Verbs for IELTS” and “Idioms for IELTS” courses, we also concentrated on acquiring new vocabulary essential for IELTS success.
2️⃣ In the Listening preparation stage, we emphasized effective strategies for dealing with various types of exam questions. We provided techniques to catch the necessary information on the first attempt.
3️⃣ In the Reading preparation stage, we taught Julia to analyze paragraph structure, quickly identify the main idea, effectively scan texts for keywords, and find relevant information without wasting time on unnecessary details. To reinforce her knowledge, we conducted practice tests on different question types. This helped Julia get accustomed to the exam format and improve her reading speed.
4️⃣ In the Speaking preparation stage, we meticulously worked through all aspects of Speaking. We not only offered her advice but also provided 20 proven strategies and tactics to handle even the most challenging situations.
5️⃣ In the Writing preparation stage, we thoroughly covered each point in Julia's preparation. We didn’t just explain what to do; we provided specific, tested tools and techniques. Additionally, we offered ready-made structures for each type of essay.
❗️ Of course, having a structure is only half the success. To truly impress the examiner and achieve a high score, one must demonstrate depth and richness in language. Here, vocabulary and grammatical structures play an invaluable role, which we carefully develop during the preliminary stages of preparation.
